Shi Danqing

Shi Danqing was born in 1983 in the province of Heibei. He studied at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing and has been working under Wei Xiaoming in the sculpturing and Environment Art sector since 2003. In 2005, his installation “Wall” was shown at “Beijing & Beijing – Modern Arts and Architecture.”

His video work “High Note LA” (2005) examines the relationship between visual imagination and complex emotional states.
